Challenge
Chase and Visa needed a premium, high clarity activation at the 2025 Make Your Move Summit that highlighted the benefits of the Chase Sapphire Reserve for Business card. The experience needed to educate, feel elevated, and deliver a meaningful takeaway within a small footprint.
Answer
We designed the booth like an airplane interior to reinforce the travel benefits that come with being a Sapphire Reserve for Business cardholder. The creative system blended clean visual cues, clear wayfinding, and warm materials that made the space feel aspirational and functional. I shaped the creative direction from concept through execution and ensured every touchpoint connected back to the value of business travel made easier.
Consumer Journey
Attendees took a short quiz to discover what type of business traveler they are
Guests entered an airplane inspired booth that immediately communicated the travel story
Based on their result, they received a heat stamped card holder or luggage tag
The reward became a personalized takeaway that connected travel style with card benefits
My Role
Creative Lead at Think True. Guided the concept and visual direction, built the creative framework, and partnered with Lauren Ruiz who produced all final graphic elements. Worked closely with Errison Zelaya on spatial alignment so the airplane concept, signage, and personalization moment worked together as one cohesive experience.
