Earn Your Masters

Ally x Earn Your Leisure: Earn Your Masters Presented by UnitedMasters
Challenge
UnitedMasters pitched Ally on a new kind of program: one that would give creators of color real financial education alongside cultural relevance. The goal was to move beyond sponsorship into something that could shift the conversation around money, artistry, and ownership.
Answer
We launched Earn Your Masters, a series of events blending finance and creativity. The program kicked off at Art Basel with live panels, workshops, and performances, then expanded to SXSW and New York Fashion Week. Each activation paired industry voices with financial experts, giving creators tangible tools while creating culturally resonant moments.
Approach
The program balanced learning and culture through:
Pop-ups and panels designed to feel like part of the art and music scene
Workshops on financial literacy tailored to creators
Performances and showcases that gave artists visibility in high-profile cultural moments
Content capture and social storytelling to extend the reach far beyond the event
My Role
I led the pitch, strategy, and creative for UnitedMasters’ proposal to Ally. Once the business was won, I oversaw event design, directed the social and content teams, partnered closely with production, and wrote the educational curriculum for the workshops and panels. The result was a platform that empowered creators with knowledge and visibility while positioning Ally as a partner in culture.
